Watchtower Society – Clarification No. 18

Watchtower Society and Scientology

Specialists and funny conversations

Today the Jehovah's Witnesses in Bruchsal were very "cool". New people. Parallel to them, Scientology built their stand. It advertised some tsunami topic. Nowhere was there any indication that they were Scientologists. Only the car, which of course was driven away afterwards, showed that Scientologists were up to their necks here. Twice I let myself be seen in front of their stand with the sign: Who idolizes an organization is a fascist. The reaction was condescending and disparaging throughout. That they didn't become aggressive was almost surprising.

The Jehovah's Witness section, for which I was there at all, consisted of two men who radiated absolute undisturbedness. One of them greeted me friendly when I called over: Just don't look! The cardboard sign did not touch him in any way, from which one must conclude that he had already been prepared for me. The other Jehovah's Witness joined me and assured me that he knew nothing of the Saturdays so far. Ice cold. The Jehovah's organization is either extremely unsorted or it encourages its slaves to lie.

The attention of the passers-by was very good. Two people got involved in a conversation with Jehovah's Witnesses after receiving some information from me. Furthermore, only one very dear elderly lady spoke with the Jehovah's Witnesses. She too had read my sign before (Jehovah's Witnesses propagate the destruction of Christianity).

I received many times more attention, although two men made a very funny impression on me. A rather fat man and a younger man with a Muslim appearance pretended to be Christians and wanted to put me on the right track. One said that it was the Christian's goal to stay out and leave other religions alone. The other recommended to me to get socially involved in prison. There I would be among my peers.

The contact with the two Jehovah's Witnesses from the bookstall was uncomplicated and almost friendly. I was even allowed to take two watchtowers. They dismantled their stand a few minutes after 13:00. The bottom line is that I must and may certify that the two of them were far from as arrogant as the Jehovah's Witnesses I have experienced so far.
